Arizona Smart Choice Program
Nutrient Analysis of Menu Items
Each recipe submitted for the program must first be analyzed by a qualified nutrition analysis and labeling company.
Certain recipes may only require a few simple changes to the ingredients and portion sizes to qualify for approval.
Criteria for Qualifying Menu Items
To qualify for approval, a menu item must meet the following criteria*:
