3. Evidence of Business Name Registration with the Arizona Secretary of State. ($10.00 fee is required by the Secretary’s Office for this registering your business name, which protects use of the name).

established business with the State of Arizona.

Information to obtain from prospective nutrition professionals that can help you in your selection includes the following:

Expertise: Degree in Dietetics and/or Nutrition (at least an Associates Degree)
Experience: Experience providing nutrient analysis services
Established Business: Evidence of Business Name Registration with the Arizona Secretary of State
Culinary Skill: Experience cooking from standardized recipes
